PM Modi to Poland Not the time for war ahead of Ukraine
Prime Minister Narendra Modi, while addressing the NRIs in Warsaw, said that for decades, India’s policy has been to maintain distance from all countries. Prime Minister Narendra Modi said on Wednesday ahead of his historic visit to Ukraine that India is a supporter of peace in the troubled region. He reiterated that “this is not the era of war” and any conflict should be resolved through diplomacy and dialogue.
Addressing the NRIs in Warsaw, the capital of Poland, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that for decades, India’s policy has been to maintain distance from all countries. But today’s India’s policy is to stay close to all countries. He also raised slogans of Modi-Modi.
India comes forward to help first

Modi, who is visiting Ukraine at the invitation of President Volodymyr Zelensky, has said he will share his views with the Ukrainian leader on a peaceful resolution of the ongoing conflict.

You people helped Indian students stranded in Ukraine. We have all seen it. You helped them a lot. You all opened the doors of your house for them, organised langar. The Polish government lifted visa restrictions for Indian students. Poland wholeheartedly opened its doors to our students.
Even today when I meet Indian students who have returned from Ukraine, they praise all of you and the Polish government. Today, on behalf of 140 crore Indians, I want to congratulate all of you, the Polish government and the people.
