Kangana Ranaut again takes aim at Rahul Gandhi
In her latest attack, Kangana Ranaut claimed that Rahul Gandhi has no vision and he constantly changes his path. Actress-turned-politician Kangana Ranaut launched a fresh attack on Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi, alleging that the Congress MP is a “mess” and accused him of only “chasing the chair”.
Kangana Ranaut has once again criticized Rahul Gandhi, stating that he is “a mess in his own business.” Known for her outspoken views, Kangana’s latest remark continues her trend of targeting the Congress leader, reflecting her strong opinions on Indian politics and political figures.
“He is a mess. He is a mess in his speeches and his conduct,” Kangana Ranaut said in an interview to India Today. The BJP MP from Mandi also attacked Rahul Gandhi for showing pictures of Hindu deity Lord Shiva during his speech in the Lok Sabha and said he should be “tested for drugs”.
Attacking Rahul Gandhi’s vision, Kangana Ranaut said she does not see any coherent idea in his leadership and accused him of constantly changing path. It seems he has no conclusive idea of who he is as a leader. He is only running after the chair and changing his path every time.
On farmers’ protest
Kangana Ranaut has drawn widespread condemnation for her recent sweeping allegations on farmers’ protest, where she claimed bodies were seen hanging and rapes were taking place. She also claimed that the protests could have led to Bangladesh-like civil unrest in India if the central government had not taken strong measures.
Reacting to her claims, Gandhi accused the Modi government’s propaganda machinery of constantly insulting farmers. Posting on Twitter, he said, “BJP MP calling farmers who sacrificed 700 comrades during the 378-day marathon struggle as rapists and representatives of foreign forces is yet another proof of BJP’s anti-farmer policy and intentions.
Farmer organisations and politicians condemned the actress’ remarks, leading the BJP to distance itself from her claims. The party slammed her, saying she has the right to speak on policy issues. Kangana was forced to rein in her rhetoric as she claimed she is not crazy or foolish enough to believe she has the final voice in her party.
Attack on Central Government in Parliament
The actress also said that during the controversy over Gandhi using a picture of Lord Shiva to attack the Central Government in Parliament, the only thing she could think of was that she should be tested for drugs. She said that she is very bad in her speeches and also in her conduct.
Ranaut also said that Rahul Gandhi is “not making his own way to reach the issue. His way is very different from Indira Gandhi’s. It seems he has no conclusive idea of who he is as a leader. He is only running after the chair and changing his way every time, she told India Today TV.
Ranaut also hit out at the West Bengal government for its handling of the Kolkata rape and murder case. She alleged that the state government is in cahoots with criminals and suspicious people to protect its vote bank.
Another proof of intention
The former Congress president said that the BJP MP calling the farmers, who sacrificed 700 of its own people in a marathon struggle of 378 days, rapists and representatives of foreign forces is another proof of the party’s anti-farmer policy and intention.
Gandhi said these shameful anti-farmer comments are a gross insult to the farmers of western Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab as well as the entire country, which cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
She said the farmers’ movement should be called back The government committee constituted at the time of taking the MSP is still in cold storage, the government has not been able to clarify its stand on MSP till date, no relief has been given to the families of the martyred farmers and on top of that their character assassination continues.
Insulted them by calling them parasites
Prime Minister Modi himself insulted the farmers in Parliament by calling them agitators and parasites, he also refused to observe two minutes of silence for the martyred farmers in Parliament. Modi ji also made a false promise of forming a committee on MSP and doubling the income of farmers. When Modi ji himself can do all this, then what else can the country expect from his supporters other than insulting the martyred farmers.
Kangana Ranaut has been instructed by the Bharatiya Janata Party not to make any such statement in future. The Bharatiya Janata Party is committed to follow the principles of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas and Sabka Prayas’ and social harmony.
Conclusion
Congress MP Rahul Gandhi is a failed leader and he is only running after the chair, actress and BJP MP Kangana Ranaut said on Wednesday. In an exclusive interview with India Today, the actress, whose film Emergency is based on the novel coronavirus, has been a hit in the industry for a long time.
