He is expected to move on to more significant coaching opportunities after a successful stint as head coach of the Northern Superchargers in this season’s Hundred.
Under his guidance, the Superchargers won five out of seven matches, missing out on the playoffs, which marked an encouraging start to Flintoff’s coaching career, with his stint with the Superchargers being his first as the head coach of a team.
