In a PIL, Surjit Singh Yadav requested that the Chief Secretary of the State of Delhi, the Center, and the ED forbid Kejriwal from giving commands or directions while he is under the custody of the ED. The ED may also be directed to refrain from giving Kejriwal access to a typewriter, computer, printer, or other equipment.

It also requested an order for the filing of a complaint, an investigation, and prosecution of Kejriwal about the manner in which the directives or order he gave while under police custody ended up in Atishi’s possession.

In response to Arvind Kejriwal’s judicial incarceration, the BJP says, “I hope people will see who has looted Delhi.”
